Premature ejaculation refers to the inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations. Some of them call them one-minute men which is wrong. They aren’t proud of themselves and deserve help.
Premature ejaculation often causes emotional distress for the man and his sexual partner. The feeling of not offering the best to your partner is often distressing. This is the most common disorder for young men below 40 years.
Some of the causative factors include, but are not limited to;
*Genetics
*Psychological
*Penile(penis) sensory changes
*Chronic prostatitis.
Premature ejaculation can be classified as ;
1. lifelong-this is the inability to control ejaculation on all or almost all instances of vaginal penetrations.
2. Acquired- this is a person who has been having normal ejaculation time and developed premature ejaculation lately due to some reasons.
On the psychological part, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, reduced sexual desire, avoidance of sexual intimacy among others may affect your performance.
                     REMEDIES.
*Stop-start technique- the partner stimulates the penis until the man feels the urge to ejaculate. At this point, he instructs her to stop, waits for the sensation to stop the stimulation continues. This tests your ability to delay ejaculation.
*Squeeze technique-the partner applies pressure to the glans penis(as labeled in the diagram above) before ejaculation until the man loses the urge.
Aside from the remedies, there is a medical and surgical treatment that you can always discuss with your health care provider. There is no shame in visiting the doctor, alone or with your partner, and expressing your concerns, t hat’s why they are there. That’s how you get help.
Enjoy yourselves.
