Shedding excess weight allows individuals to undertake new activities such as hiking, skating, riding bicycles. These activities are an uphill task for people with obesity or overweight. Shedding weight makes your body much more fit to undertake such activities.

Shedding weight greatly helps in stabilizing moods. Exercising communicates to your brain to release endorphins. Endorphins are also known as ‘feel good hormone’ which stabilizes the mood.
