It is no secret that there is an impending war between Iran and the United States of America since Donald Trump ordered the execution of their military commander Qasem Soleimani early this year.According to Trump,Soleimani was a terrorist that needed to be eliminated because he posed an imminent threat to the US.The thing is Trump himself back in 2011 suggested that Obama would start a war with Iran in order to be re-elected for his second term.In the video, he regards to this action of going to war with Iran as a sign of weakness and inability to negotiate by the then president Obama.Check the video out at http://Fldd3fej0jywzbyu.Paste it on your browser.
Now this is not the first time Trump has taken a somewhat questionable act but his it begs the question,is this all about the impeachment proceedings?Is he look for approval by the Senate of which chances are the Senate might save his ass considering a majority of them are Republicans,just like him.The other query about all this was that by the end of last year,as late as December 31st to be exact, Trump was promising peace in the Middle East and especially with Iran.Two days later,boom, Qasem Soleimani and his entourage done.By the way, Qasem was just from the airport in Iraq to attend a meeting when the missile fired by a precision drone blew up his car up.
The Middle East, Iraq and Iran to be precise , is not happy by the assassination.On their side,Qasem was a hero especially because he fought the ISIL from gaining control of Iran as they had in Iraq back in 2014.It makes one wonder how a man who was dedicated to fighting terrorism in the Middle East is killed on account of being a suspected terrorist.I guess this is the case of one man’s meat being another man’s poison.The United States has also not provided any information concerning their suspicion of Qasem being a terrorist which makes it even worse.Did I also mention that when Iraq was invaded by ISIL, Baghdad called on the US to make drone strikes in order to counter the threat.The White House refused.Mind you, they have always had a military base in Iraq since 2002.Guess who showed up with battalions and military weapons to combat ISIL,Qasem Soleimani.And that was only within 24 hours of Baghdad making contact with Tehran.qas
So now you see why Qasem meant so much to both the Iranians and the Iraqis, a figurehead of military power in the Middle East.I guess that spooked the US.The Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei called for a direct retaliation to the US in respect to the assassination of Qasem and it didn’t take long for the Iranians to make good on that request.Earlier today,their military base in Iraq was bombed by ballistic missiles.No casualties have been confirmed as of yet as president Trump is said to issue a press statement later today.Is this the beginning of World War III as is popularly being coined?I surely hope not because Einstein once said that he didn’t know what World War III would be fought with but that he knew World War IV would be fought with stones and arrows.We should be afraid because both the Iranians and the Americans have technical know-how of nuclear weapons.Remember Hiroshima and Nagasaki?I’m sure you do.
